Financial Systems Strengthening
The major internal processes, which build up the quality of governance systems in an organization, include finance and human resource systems.  Interventions to improve these systems have been proved to serve as powerful ways to transform an organization. Strengthening the issues of Governance within Civil society organizations by building and strengthening their financial systems is the path to improve institutional sustainability and enhance their credibility with the external world. The process for such work has to include key functions across the organization for it to take root and succeed.

This intervention would address issues such as security, transparency, accountability, sustainability, cost effectiveness and delegation, in the interests of improved standards of Governance in the development sector.

HR Systems strengthening
Human resources have been identified as critical internal processes that impact the overall functioning of organisations. Though efforts are often made to impact the change initiatives and capacity building of organizations it is pertinent to strengthen systemic aspects of human resources along with other feed-in and feed-out mechanisms. This would entail positioning Human Resources, the allied processes and institutionalizing systems to meet the strategic intent of a program or organisation in a holistic manner. A process as well as systems approach on Human Resources would help in diagnosing existing gaps as well as suggesting specific remedial interventions for the organizations to ensure that a mandate of organisational development and institution building. This approach would also throw newer avenues of inter linkages with other organization systems like finance, resources management, knowledge management and revisiting the assessment framework.
