Building and strengthening institutions aim at changing existing structural inequalities by promoting democratic ways of thinking and functioning through several processes. As institutions begin to evolve, what guides them is an underlying ideology. When institutions become successful and sustainable, they provide a model for replicability.

This section of the website aims to capture experiences of institutional building in the development scenario. Through this there are opportunities to access experiences, materials and contacts to learn and in turn plan for institution building interventions.

Institution building comprises of five domains. Each of these domains provide an approach note on what encompasses the domain, case studies of live experiences and materials.
